    Stayed their previously 3 times and enjoyed ourselves, however on our 4th visit received terrible service. On the day of arrival, I received a call at 11:39am that the person at the front desk would be "going out for the rest of the day" and to check in the next day. Next day I went to the front office twice, 11am and 5pm, both times office was closed. Final day an employee came to our villa as we were packing up to leave and to hand in the key and made some inappropriate comments about "afraid we were sneaking off" and "if our credit card wouldnt clear." Unnecessary and inappropriate comments that didnt make us feel good as we were concluding a great trip.

    My journey with Cape Constructions was, without doubt, the most professional experience in home building I have encountered. I had built new homes on three occasions with other contractors prior to my 2009 contract with Cape Constructions. I can honestly say that I found Charles and his team excelled at every stage of the building process. The project was completed well within the proposed time frame, on budget and to a high standard of workmanship.
